Non-Covered Area of Responsibility (AOR) message format

A Non-Covered Area of Responsibility (AOR) alarm message takes the following format:

'Area coverage timed out: X last checked in Y seconds ago

Where:

X = The area name.

Y = Time elapsed since the last Controller with enabled control logged off.

Note: This is the same message that the default event generates.
