Remote configuration for an auto Daylight Savings Time (DST) Remote Terminal Unit (RTU)

To have this model of the Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) work properly in Fall Daylight Savings Time (DST) transition, the Administrator needs to setup the configuration similar to the following image.

Note: Since the time sync is not required for changing the clock on the RTU, the TimeSync Force command can be omitted from the remote scheduler. However, the UPLOAD METER HOURLY command must be scheduled in every hour in the remote scheduler for the DST Lockout logic to work properly.
