Resolving common errors

One or more .json file(s) failed with syntax errors.

Minor adjustments are needed to the affected .json file(s). Start the SchemaConverter process over once adjustments are made to process the correction(s).

.json file failed due to a redeclared type.

This problem generally reflects a RealTime type that has been declared twice. To solve this issue, locate and delete the redundant declaration. You will need to restart the SchemaConverter process.

RealTime will not start-up properly.

This issue often indicates that the database conversion process was not followed correctly, and the RealTime service was restarted before the database was completely reloaded and restored. To resolve this issue:

1. On the desktop, double-click the Windows PowerShell for DNA shortcut.

   Windows PowerShell for DNA opens.

2. Execute the following commands to reload the database:

   set-silo RealTime

   loadblankdb.csc

   text_load.csc

3. Execute a save data command to ensure the binary image is current and includes the data just loaded. For more information on how to execute a save data command, see Prepare for database conversion.
