If the spooler fails to transfer Historical Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) data to the TimeSeries database, search for the cause of the error within the oasErrLog.log file.

Locating the cause of historical data transfer failure

• Navigate to the following directory and open the oasErrLog.log file:

  %DNADataRoot%\Shared\log

  More than likely, the cause of the error will have to do with XACTCommandQSpooler. For example, here is a line of text from the oasErrLog.log file:
