This plugin generates a unique ID when the system creates a new record ID. The ID created by the plugin is typically used for tables when the name cannot be uniquely identified.
The following parameters must be set for FieldPlugIn to create the unique ID:
-
Name="AutoUniqueIdField".
-
Args is a prefix to pass in for a random number to add after the prefix with a colon. The prefix is optional. For example, if the system-generated ID is :1930127728682925, and the prefix is abc, the unique ID is abc:1930127728682925.
In the flowTotalJoin table, the FlowTotal ID column can have multiple entries with the same name for multiple records. The only way to identify a record is through the use of a unique ID.

The following example uses farms as the Args. The Args is added as a prefix for the unique ID.

<FieldPlugIn Name="AutoUniqueIdField" Args = "farms" />
