Configure Preferred mode

Doas_mode_group records are stored in the doas_mode_group table, and are created and edited using the tabs on the doas_mode_group Row Details dialog box within the Advanced Database Editor (ADE). For general information on ADE and how to create records, refer to the Advanced Database Editor (ADE) Administrator documentation.

To configure Preferred Mode

1. In ADE, select View > Realtime.

2. In the tree view, double-click the DistribuSys Mode Group table icon.

   The doas_mode_group Table Edit dialog box appears.

   

   

3. On the doas_mode_group Table Edit dialog box appears, double-click the row header of the mode for which you want to configure Preferred Mode.

   The doas_mode_group Row Details dialog box appears.

   

4. Enter or select the name of the desired Preferred Mode.

   Note: The configured mode must belong to the mode group.

5. Select Enable Preferred Mode.

6. Select Apply.
