Publisher - Subscriber (PubSub) Manager

The Publisher - Subscriber "(PubSub) Manager" process runs in the background to maintain the PubSub data tree structure constructed on the basis of the Alarm Bracketing data tree structure. PubSub creates its own data tree structure in order to optimize data access time.
