Store and Forward Table Edit

The StoreAndForward Table Edit dialog box is used to configure StoreAndForward records. It can be accessed by selecting Custom Replication from the list of tables in ADE.

Replication relies on configuring the information in this table to activate Store and Forward routes that send information in both directions: from the owning system, and to the owning system.The Table Edit dialog box is the ideal view for seeing how systems are connected and interpreting the routes between them. Not all systems are connected in Store and Forward configuration.

The StoreAndForward Table Edit view allows you to quickly configure the table. You can selectively connect one system to another and tell that system where it should forward data. This is different from systems where a direct Route Type is established. Direct routes are used to send data from one system to another that does not require replication to or from any other computers in the system.

Note: Before StoreAndForward records can be created, doas_privilege records should be configured for each route. After making modifications to the StoreAndForward table, you must run createCMXRepSubscriptions.exe to specify that data that is shared between connected systems.
