To make the system call a custom method when an Administrator selects a button, include the EditForm element in the definition of the button.

<Button

Name="historical"

Label="Historical..."

TabOrder="110"

ToolTipText="View/Select Collect records for this point.">

<EditForm

Assembly="OASySDNA.DBEditHelperForms.Current"

Class="TelemetryToCollectForm"

Method="OpenEditForm">

</EditForm>

</Button>

In the above example, when an Administrator selects the Historical button on a Row Edit dialog box, the collect Table Edit form opens for editing. The information in this opened form is only related to the existing record to the extent that the existing record can be used to create a new record in the RealTime database (RTDB) collect table. Information will be added to, or modified in, the collect table rather than the existing record.
