Select a digital set

A collection of digital states is called a digital set. The PIDigitalSetSelectorPopUp dialog box is used to select the digital set for a point.

Before you begin

The Data type (Pointtypex) field must be set to digital.

To select a digital set

1. Select (...) on the classic Row Details Main tab.

   The PIDigitalSetSelectorPopUp dialog box will appear.

   

2. Select the desired digital set name from the list.

3. (Optional) If the digital set name is not listed, select the Select a Message Set Name dropdown menu.

   1. Select the desired digital set name from the dropdown menu.

   2. Select Create.

   The digital set will be added to the list from the PI Server.
