The function of this Business Logic Tier (BLT) is to allow you to delete a record in the reminder table that describes the conditions on which a One-Shot Alarm will be raised.
The record will only be deleted when its reminder type is One Shot Alarm, and the current DistribuSys mode allows the delete operation for records that belong to the dataset from the current system.
