Remove alarm suppression from all points

This command turns off the inhibit alarm flags of all points whose alarms are currently suppressed.

To remove alarm suppression from all points

1. Open Windows Powershell on the Hot RealTime / Operational computer.

2. Execute the following commands:

   set-silo RealTime

   monitorSuppression.exe -r
