GetUserPermissions

Retrieves a set of permissions granted to the current user.

The first result set returns the following:

  • The list of permissions granted for objects that do not use the Area of Responsibility (AOR) access control.

  • The set of AOR Groups that have at least one permission. The permissions are returned as a string of semicolons separated by permission names as well as the corresponding permission bit mask.

  • An entry with a blank AORGroupName that lists the permissions given to objects for which an AOR Group has not yet been assigned.

The second result set consists of the list of permissions that have an assigned mask bit value and their corresponding mask value. For example, "DNA Permission -Change_Shift" has a PermissionMask of 512, which represents 200 in hexidecimal because the permission uses Mask Bit 9, where the far-right bit position is bit 0.
