Open the Alarm Parking Control dialog box

To park an alarm, first access the alarm of interest through the Alarm Summary window.

To open the Alarm Parking Control dialog box

  1. On the Alarm Summary window, select anywhere in the row containing the alarm you want to park to open the Alarm Control dialog box.

    Note: Do not select the row header of the alarm.

  2. On the Alarm Control dialog box, select Park to open the Alarm Parking Control dialog box.

    Notes: If the point's maximum park time is zero, Park is unavailable.

    The Parked column on the Alarm Summary window indicates whether or not an alarm is parked.
