Create a pending record

Perform this procedure if you are not yet ready to save the results of a Point to Point Verification to the CRM database.

Before you begin

Complete the steps in Enter the results of Point to Point Verification.

To create a pending record

• On the Point Verification Control dialog box, select Unverify.

  The record is now in a pending state, and the dialog box appears pre-loaded with configurable verification information.
