Specify a Management of Change (MoC) changeset using the Microsoft SQL Database Engine

The Microsoft SQL Database Engine can specify a Management of Change (MoC) changeset when connecting to the RealTime database (RTDB). A custom connection string can be used to provide the associated changeset (for example, customconnect "DSN=localrtdb;changeset=3").
