Configure Management of Change (MoC) extensions to participate in deploy events

Note: For information on overriding default configuration settings, refer to Modify configuration settings.

Once a Management of Change (MoC) extension is developed, it must be configured to participate in deploy events.

To configure MoC extensions to participate in deploy events

1. Ensure that the intended extension (for example, RealTime_MOCExtensions.dll), and its dependencies reside in the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA bin folder (%DNAInstallRoot%\RealTime\bin\).

2. Create a configuration file (for example, RealTime_MOCExtensions.json).

   The following example shows the content of the configuration file:

3. Save the file in the following location:

   %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\config\Settings

4. Restart the RealTime Service.
