When a PubSub Engine is available, the local PubSub Engine publishes the string as good. When a PubSub Engine is no longer accessible, the local PubSub Engine publishes the string as bad. The <serverid> is the IP address used by the PubSub Engine as a single hexadecimal number. For example, 10.70.80.2 would appear as ‘a465002’ (0a=10, 46=70, 50=80, 02=2). Note: Leading zeros are removed from the <serverId> string. |

This message is a string containing the published host name of the server that contains the PubSub Engine. |
