Select a changeset to record the Application Calculation Engine (ACE) Code Editor changes

You can control which changeset the Application Calculation Engine (ACE) code editor changes will be recorded to by selecting the changeset from the Management of Change Available Changesets dialog box.

To select a changeset to record the ACE code editor changes

1. Open the ACE code editor (ACEEdit.exe).

   The Management of Change Available Changesets dialog box appears showing the changesets that are available to you.

   

2. Select the changeset to which you would like to associate the code editor changes.

   Note: If you select Read-Only Mode from the dropdown menu, or canceled or closed out the Management of Change Available Changesets dialog box, the code editor will open in view-only mode and no code change will be allowed.

   

3. Select OK.

4. Make changes to the ACE code editor as desired.

   The new ACE code editor source file, or an update to an existing ACE code editor source file will be recorded to the changeset you selected in step 2.
