Clean up dearchived data (method 1)

In this method, the cleanup is run on easy eXtended Operator Station (ezXOS). Follow the procedure below to perform one of two methods for cleaning up dearchived data.
To clean up dearchived data

Open the Archive menu.

Select Cleanup.
The Dearchive Cleanup dialog box appears to confirm the operation.

Select the Force full deletion, including manually dearchived data checkbox.

Select Execute.
