Remote configuration for a host managed Daylight Savings Time (DST) Remote Terminal Unit (RTU)

To have the host managed Daylight Savings Time (DST) Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) work properly in Fall DST transition, the Administrator needs to setup the configuration similar to the following image.

Note: In the remote scheduler, the TimeSync Force command should be set at a few minutes before the UPLOAD METER HOURLY command for the DST Lockout logic to work properly.
