Disable a reminder record

Perform this procedure when you want to prevent the system from executing an enabled reminder record, as opposed to completely removing it from the database.

To disable a reminder record

  1. On the Operator Reminder Summary window, select the row header of the record you want to disable to open the Modify Reminder dialog box.

  2. Clear the ENABLE EXECUTION checkbox.

  3. Select Modify.

    On the Operator Reminder Summary window, the Enabled cell for this record displays "no".
