View the points associated with on call contacts

Access the Report Email Notification Summary window to view the points associated with an on call contact. When an alarm occurs against any of the listed points, the Email Alarm Notification application sends an email to the contact.

To view the points associated with on call contacts

1. From the Navigation Menu, open the Model Select dialog box (refer to the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA HMI Controller documentation).

2. On the Model Select dialog box, select REPORT_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION.

   The Report Email Notification Summary window opens.

   

   Note: The above procedure is the default method for accessing the window. Typically, the appropriate personnel would either configure such windows to appear at Login or design a more practical access method.

3. In the Contact Name field, select the name of an on call contact.

4. Select Search.

   The Report Email Notification Summary window updates with a list of all points associated with the selected on call contact.
