Configure a remote scheduled event

Use the Remote Schedule tab in the remote Row Edit dialog box to configure a remote scheduled event.

To configure a remote scheduled event

1. In the Request field, select the appropriate request.

   1. Select No Command if you are disabling the scheduled event.

   2. Select Poll For Data if this is a normal request to poll the remote for data.

   3. Select TimeSync if you are using a protocol that maintains time in the Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) (for synchronization between the host and remote).

2. In the Priority field, select the scheduled event’s priority.

3. If you are scheduling a command request, select Command (...) to access the Schedule Command Edit Form dialog box and schedule a command.

4. Select Schedule (...) to access the Remote Schedule dialog box.

   

5. Configure the schedule as needed.

6. Select OK.

   The scheduling details appear on the event’s row on the Remote Schedule tab in the remote Row Edit dialog box.
