Select a message to show alarm severity

You can configure the severity of the alarm raised by the Age Watchdog alarm feature when a point is detected to be stale.

When the Age Watchdog’s state is changing, its color in the Age Watchdog Summary dialog box will follow the selected message’s Foreground definition. This means that the state (for example, Stale Data or Fresh Data) will generate an alarm on its remote, and the alarm will have a corresponding severity level following the selected message set’s severity.
