Create displaylistdef records

Follow this procedure to create one to ten displaylistdef records to associate with a displaylist record.

Displaylistdef records are stored in the displaylistdef table, and are created and edited using the tabs on the displaylistdef Row Edit dialog box within the Advanced Database Editor (ADE). For general information on ADE and how to create records, refer to the Advanced Database Editor (ADE) Administrator documentation.

To create displaylistdef records

  1. In ADE, select View > Realtime.

  2. In the tree view, double-click the Display List Entry table icon.

    The displaylistdef Table Edit dialog box appears.

  3. Refer to Displaylistdef Row Edit: Main tab for information on configuring the items on the displaylistdef Row Edit dialog box.
