Data quality digital state set

The data quality digital set is a special digital set that the PI-OASyS interface uses to show the data quality of a PI tag. The digital states in this set are selected from a RealTime database (RTDB) record's flags structure. For example, the following digital set DQSet is defined in the PI server as a data quality digital set.
