Filter notes by station, category, area, and/or group

Follow the procedure below to filter notes on the CRM Notes Summary window by station, category, area, and/or group.

Important: The CRM Notes Summary window only displays notes belonging to the areas and groups that fall under your specific user privileges level and Area Of Responsibility (AOR) membership.

To filter by station, category, area, and/or group

1. On the CRM Notes Summary window, select one or more filters in the desired combination:

   • Station

   • Category

   • Area

   • Group

     

2. Select (...) to the right of the Station, Category, Area, and/or Group fields, and select the name of the station, category, area, and/or group by which you want to filter the displayed notes, respectively.

   Note: When you filter by both Area and Group, the available groups are limited to those belonging to the selected area.

3. Select Search.

   The CRM Notes Summary window updates and displays all notes matching the selected criteria.

4. To revert the CRM Notes Summary window to showing all possible notes based on your user privileges level and AOR membership, select Clear.
