<DriverType Type="CHART">

The <DriverType Type="CHART"> may contain the following elements:

• <DriverProperty Name="HostName">

  • This specifies a default hostname for CHART calls to this alias.

  • If the virtual hostname needs to be defined, then use the %VirtualHost(servicename)% macro explained in Macros.

• <DriverProperty Name="NumOfThreads">

  • This will create a given number of threads. If this property is not specified, then the driver will create only one thread.

• <DriverProperty Name="RequestTimeOutMS">

  • This is the timeout used to send the Data Access Layer (DAL) message from the client to the driver.

  • A value of zero (default) means infinite timeout.
