Tools new features and enhancements
The following new features and enhancements were added:

The user documentation was updated with instructions and examples for using the DALUtilities.GetConfigItem() and DALUtilities.GetSystemConfigItem() methods.
For more information, refer to "DALService.Initialize()" in the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA Tools Administrator documentation.
Important: You must initialize the Data Access Layer (DAL) service before using the DALUtilities.GetConfigItem() and DALUtilities.GetSystemConfigItem() methods.
