TimeSeries collectAuditTrail table

The collectAuditTrail table of the TimeSeries database will provide details of any changes to the Collect table made through external interfaces (that is, easy eXtended Operator Station [ezXOS]). When a collect record is edited and updated, the old collect record gets added to the audit trail and the details of the edit are added to the event database.
