Configure compressor (unit) start checking through the Compressor Alarm Limits dialog box.
To configure the unit start check

Under Unit Start Check, select Enabled.

In the Annual Allocation field, enter the maximum number of times the compressor may start in a year.

In the Start Warning Limit field, enter the maximum number of remaining starts.
To disable start warnings, enter 0.

Under Unit Start Check, select Submit.
