Custom data export handler plugins

In order for data export targets (collect, Insight, PI) to handle incoming data that does not have a table-specific plugin, you must, at a minimum, create default data export plugins for each target. The required plugins must be able to handle the incoming data rows in case a suitable custom plugin is not loaded. This may simply require that you dequeue and discard the data.

A sample Software Development Kit (SDK) is provided below for data arriving in the analog table's data export queue.
