Configure surge warning alarm limits through the Compressor Alarm Limits dialog box.

To configure surge warning alarm limits

  1. Under Surge Alarms, select Enabled to enable Surge Warning alarming.

  2. In the Flow (X) and Head (Y) fields, enter the x-coordinate and y-coordinate of a point on the surge warning line, respectively.

  3. In the Deadband fields for the Flow (X) and Head (Y) fields, enter the x-coordinate and y- coordinate of a point on the surge warning deadband, respectively.

  4. Under Surge Warning, select Submit.
