Sort data on the Station Point Summary window

Follow this procedure to sort the data appearing on the Station Point Summary window.

Note: You can sort data either independent of filtering, or in conjunction with applied filters.

To sort data on the Station Point Summary window

1. In the Primary field:

   1. Select one of the following primary sort options:

      • Table

      • Point

      • Last Update Time

      • State

      • Severity

   2. To sort the data by the selected sort option in descending order, select Descending.

   3. Select Update.

      The system sorts the data on the Station Point Summary window based on the selected primary sort option.

      Once you select an option in the Primary field, the Secondary field becomes available.

2. To sort the data by a Secondary sort option:

   1. Select one of the following secondary sort options:

      • Table

      • Point

      • Last Update Time

      • State

      • Severity

   2. To sort the data by the selected sort option in descending order, select Descending.

   3. Select Update.

      Note: The selected Primary sort option will not appear as an option for the Secondary field. For example, if Table is selected in the Primary field, Table doesn't appear as an option in the Secondary field.
