Email notification distribution lists

Create email alarm notification distribution lists by creating alertGroup records. Each such record refers to one or more email alarm notification recipients, whose information is stored in alertUser records.

When one of the associated points enters an alarm state, the system sends an email message to all individuals (alertUser records) associated with the alertGroup record.
