Remote configuration

For each remote, create a remote record containing configuration details.

Remote configuration is a four-step process:

1. Create a remote record.

2. Schedule protocol commands.

3. Configure the abdf1 record automatically created for the new remote record.

4. Connect the remote to a communication line (remconnjoin record).
