Work with rules for derivation of model tags

The Trainer may want to change the rules for derivation of model tags and command texts in the RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) Composer. The rules should be provided within a single Microsoft .NET framework assembly, which can be configured as a plugin in the RTU Composer.
