View the category Audit Trail window

The CRM Notes Category Audit Trail window shows changes to a particular cell in the CRM Notes Categories dialog box.

To open the CRM Notes Category Audit Trail window

1. On the CRM Notes Categories dialog box, left-click anywhere in the row of the category of interest.

   Note: Do not select the row header of the category.

   The CRM Notes Category Audit Trail window opens.

   

   The window lists the version of the category in chronological order, with the original at the top. The first row in the CRM Notes Category Audit Trail window is the original category that was created at the time listed in the Modified cell. The rows below are edited versions of the category. The content that was changed in each revision is highlighted in red.

2. To view information on an edited version of the category in a separate window, left-click on the row of interest.

   The CRM Notes Category Audit Trail - Single Audit window opens.
