Follow this procedure to filter by either a specific station, remote, area, or group.
When you filter by station, remote, area, and group, the system displays all alarms associated with either the selected station, remote, area, or group.
When you filter by both area and group, the available groups are limited to those belonging to the selected area.
To filter by station, remote, area, or group
-
On the Alarm Summary window, select Station, Remote, Area, and Group.

-
In the Station field, enter or select the name of the station by which you want to filter the displayed alarms.
-
In the Remote field, enter or select the name of the remote by which you want to filter the displayed alarms.
-
In the Area field, select the name of the area by which you want to filter the displayed alarms.
-
In the Group field, select the name of the group by which you want to filter the displayed alarms.
The summary window updates and displays the following alarms:
-
Those associated with the selected station, remote, area, and group.
-
Those associated with either the selected station, remote, area, or group.

-
-
To revert the Alarm Summary window to showing all possible rows, clear the Station, Remote, Area, and Group checkboxes.
Notes: If the name of the station, area, or group by which you filtered the alarms remains displayed after you clear the Station, Remote, Area, or Group checkbox, the system will immediately filter by that name if you once again select the Station, Remote, Area, or Group checkbox.
If Station and Remote are selected, but the fields are empty, the system filters alarms by "no station" and "no remote", respectively.Remote Filter example
