Configure the system digital set and data quality digital set for the PI-OASyS interface

The PI-OASyS interface configuration file pioas_cfg.dat (located at %DNAInstallRoot%\RealTime\config) contains information on how to handle data quality tags and data quality checking. The system digital set and the data quality digital set in the PI server should be configured according to this file.

In order to make changes to the pioas_cfg.dat file, you must override it by copying %DNAInstallRoot%\RealTime\config\pioas_cfg.dat to %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\config and making the required changes to the copied file.

There are seven sections in the configuration file: DQTAG, DQCHECK, SET_DQBAD, SET_DQGOOD, SET_DQSTALE, DQMANL, and INTRANSIT. AVEVA Enterprise SCADA currently only supports the DQTAG and the DQCHECK sections in the PI-OASyS interface.
