Understanding MOCOrchestrator (Management of Change Orchestrator) Service

The MOCOrchestrator (Management of Change Orchestrator) Service is a store/repository of configuration packages. It contains the state of the package within the Management of Change (MoC) workflow and information on which zones the package has been applied. MoC Package Admins can group changesets into a package and publish them to the store. There is only one MOCOrchestrator shared throughout all the zones.
