Update the Olson time zone database

Occasionally, the time zone information for your supported regions will change. When a change occurs, such as the addition or removal of Daylight Savings Time (DST), you will need to update the Olson time zone database and deploy it to your AVEVA Enterprise SCADA systems. As part of the update process, the zic executable is used to generate the time zone database.
