The Connection Statistics Editor is used to add or edit statistical records in the Connect table. The Connect table is part of the Communication Statistics database.
Event requests will be processed every five minutes and will not process those events for the first 10 minutes at the top of the hour (by default) to avoid deadlock scenarios. Therefore you cannot edit or display newly created or modified Historical records in the easy eXtended Operator System (ezXOS) dialog boxes or windows until the top of the hour has passed.
To edit records using the Connection Statistic Editor
-
On the Navigation menu, select Tools > Historical Edit > Connection Statistics.
The Connections Statistics Editor opens.

-
Use the filters to populate the Connection field with the desired point.
-
Follow the appropriate substep for your task:
-
Select Add to add a new record to the database for the desired point.
-
To modify an existing record: select the desired Start Time and End Time, select Search, then select the row header of the desired record.

-
-
Select the desired Time Stamp information for a new record.
-
Enter the desired field information for a new or modified record.
-
Select Add/Modify.
-
Select Dismiss.
Records contained in the Connections table can only be edited for a single collection point; therefore, multiple points cannot be simultaneously selected for editing.
