Hide remote and connection alarms from Controllers

Note: For information on overriding default configuration settings, refer to Modify configuration settings.

Follow this procedure to prevent the system from displaying remote and connection alarms to Controllers.

To hide remote and connection alarms from controllers

1. In the %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\config\Settings directory, either create or open the RealTime_DBAlarmToSysAlarm.json file.

2. In the following lines, change no to yes:

   "RealTime" > "CONVERT_REMOTE_DBALARM_TO_SYSALARM": "no"

   "RealTime" > "CONVERT_CONNECTION_DBALARM_TO_SYSALARM": "no"

3. Save the file.

4. Restart the RealTime service.
