View an existing message

Follow this procedure to view the contents of a message appearing on the Controller Messaging dialog box.

To view an existing message

• On the Controller Messaging dialog box, select either the row header or anywhere in the row of the message you want to view.

  The topic and body of the message appear in the Message section, accompanied by the following information:

  • Controller who created the message.

  • Date on, and time at, which the message was last modified.

  

  Note: Unread notes appear in red.
