Open the Windows Language dialog box to change the language supported for the name and description fields in AVEVA Enterprise SCADA.
To update the language settings for AVEVA Enterprise SCADA

Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language.
The Windows Language dialog box appears.

Select Administrative language settings.
The Region dialog box opens.

On the Administrative tab of the Region dialog box, select Change system locale.
The Region Settings dialog box opens.

Under Current system locale, select the language for non-Unicode programs.

Select OK.

Restart all AVEVA Enterprise SCADA services and applications.
