Prevent the system from bringing remotes onscan

Follow this procedure to prevent the system from automatically bringing offscan remotes onscan.

To prevent the system from automatically bringing offscan remotes onscan

1. In the %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\config\Settings directory, either create or open the RealTime_inhib_remote_onscan.json file.

2. In the following object, change false to true:

   {

   "INHIBIT_REMOTE_ONSCAN": false

   }

   }

3. Save the file.

4. Restart the RealTime service.
