Data Payload Processor (DPP) process

The Data Payload Processor (DPP) process maps the fields collected from the Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) to the end-user gas application based on the DPP mapping table.

The DPP process adheres to the following rules:

• Process one record at a time based on a First In First Out (FIFO) order.

• Use mapping information as defined in the DPP mapping Table.

• Import data into the AVEVA Measurement Advisor application.

  Note: The DPP Process is not responsible for the management of the AVEVA Measurement Advisor application.
