Reset the deviation limits

Note: For information on overriding default configuration settings, refer to Modify configuration settings.

If an Administrator sets the RealTime .json file key CREEP_LSTDEV_FOLLOW_SP to yes, analog setpoints will reset the creep limits for a point. This helps to avoid the generation of false alarms.

To reset the deviation limits

1. In the %DNADataRoot%\RealTime\config\Settings directory, either create or open the RealTime_DeviationsLmtsReset.json file.

2. In the following line, change the value from no to yes.

3. Save the file.

4. Restart the RealTime service.
